Job summary

Big O Tires is seeking an experienced Tire Technician in the United States to service tires and wheels with accuracy and efficiency. The role offers benefits, profit sharing bonuses, PTO, and a family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include mounting, balancing, oil changes, fluid exchanges, TPMS calibration, and test-driving vehicles after maintenance. The ideal candidate is 18+ with a valid license and able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with mounting, balancing and repairing tires.
• Able to perform oil changes and fluid exchanges on autos and light trucks.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to move and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Pre-employment drug screening, MVR, and background checks required.

• Proficient at doing fluid services and fluid exchanges
• Performing oil changes or any type of flushes and maintenance
• Calibrating TPMS
• Inventory stocking
• Testing and installing batteries
• Test-driving vehicles after maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS (Required)

• At least 18+ years old with a Valid driver's license
• Experience with Mounting/ Balancing and repairing tires
• Able to perform Oil change and fluid exchanges with autos and light trucks
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as needed
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to move and lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to meet company requirements including successful pre-employment drug screening, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and criminal background check
