Position Overview:

The General Service Technician role is full-time or part-time, hourly, and responsible for basic vehicle repairs and maintenance according to company and manufacturer standards. Providing exceptional service and communicating effectively with guests are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic vehicle services and repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct tire services such as wheel removal, balancing, patching, mounting, and TPMS repairs.
• Perform vehicle services including oil changes, lubrications, and basic maintenance.
• Complete Courtesy Inspections on every vehicle, identifying additional needed services.
• Assist with inventory management and store duties, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain all equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Adhere to safety standards, policies, and legal requirements.
• Maintain technical knowledge through training and courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
