Midas General Service Technicians are welcome to join our Fairfield, CT center as the backbone of our service and tire operation. We offer paid training, a guaranteed base hourly rate, and significant weekly bonus potential on top of pay as you help customers with tires, wheels, and general service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality service.
• No experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments on top of hourly pay.
