Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring General Service Technicians for our Round Lake Beach, IL centers. You’ll perform essential tire services, routine maintenance, and safety checks, supported by paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
