Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic, upbeat technicians with a positive attitude who enjoy problem-solving and doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform all maintenance and repair services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, etc.
• Conduct state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections
• Work collaboratively to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently
• Complete thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are accurate
• Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations
• Assist in housekeeping and shop organization
• Communicate effectively with the service department about vehicle issues
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position; high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 50 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles above head level
• Work in tight spaces as needed
• Use hand-tools efficiently
• Stand/walk for most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Navigate a computer effectively
