Job Title:

Automotive General Service Technician / Mechanic

Location:

3050 Yarbrough Way, Norman, OK 73072

Job Overview:

We seek energetic, positive technicians who enjoy solving tough problems and prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform maintenance and repairs: oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, etc.
• Conduct vehicle emission and safety inspections per state regulations
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently
• Complete courtesy vehicle inspections accurately
• Ensure preventive maintenance reports are thorough
• Follow safety and environmental regulations
• Assist with housekeeping as directed
• Communicate vehicle issues effectively to the service department
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards

Qualifications:

• Current driver’s license
• Entry-level position; high school diploma preferred but not required
• Experience with oil changes required

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift over 50 pounds
• Work with tools overhead and in tight spaces
• Use hand-tools efficiently
• Stand and walk most of the day
• Drive manual vehicles
• Maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment
• Navigate computers effectively
