Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, etc.
• Conduct vehicle emission and safety inspections as per state regulations
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently
• Complete accurate courtesy vehicle inspections
• Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are thorough and precise
• Follow all relevant federal, state, and local regulations
• Assist with housekeeping as directed
• Communicate effectively about vehicle damage or malfunctions
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards

Qualifications

• This is an entry-level position; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift/move over 50 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles above head level
• Work in tight spaces
• Use hand-tools with dexterity
• Stand/walk most of the day
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment
• Navigate a computer efficiently
