General Service Technician/Lube and Tire Tech

At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in inspection, diagnosis, and repair, utilizing expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

We are seeking general service technicians who can work independently as well as collaboratively with peers. Our full-service facility aims to foster an environment of success!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including fluid exchanges and oil changes
• Conduct visual safety and courtesy inspections
• Mount, balance, and rotate tires
• Replace batteries
• Change bulbs, belts, and hoses
• Maintain and clean shop areas
• Assist with other shop maintenance as needed

Qualifications

• Entry-level technicians should have basic automotive knowledge; prior experience not required
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $38,000 - $42,000 per year
