Compensation: $16-18.00 per hour
The General Service Technician role combines front and back shop responsibilities, including at least two days per week at the front counter. This position performs routine vehicle repairs and maintenance according to company standards and manufacturer specifications, communicates vehicle issues effectively to guests, and plays a key role as a manager on duty (MOD) when needed. Responsibilities include providing a superior guest experience, driving sales of automotive services and tires, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
