Job Description
The General Service Technician (Hybrid) performs vehicle repairs and maintenance, combining front counter duties at least two days per week. Responsibilities include communicating vehicle issues to guests, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

1. Perform basic vehicle services and repairs per company standards.
2. Conduct tire services such as wheel removal, balancing, patching, mounting, and TPMS repairs.
3. Perform vehicle services like oil changes, lubrication, and basic maintenance.
4. Complete Courtesy Inspections on every vehicle, identifying additional needed services.
5. Assist with inventory management and store duties to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
6. Adhere to safety standards and operate equipment safely.
7. Test drive vehicles following policies, observing traffic laws.
8. Follow company policies, environmental, and safety standards.
9. Maintain technical knowledge through training modules.
10. Support guest care, work order completion, and facility maintenance.
11. Assist as a secondary key holder with opening and closing duties.
12. Communicate product and service offerings effectively to guests.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic automotive training or experience.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Own or participate in purchasing basic tools.

Additional Information
