Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mounting/dismounting tires, wheel balancing, and rotation
• Performing oil changes and basic services under supervision
• Observing vehicle conditions and reporting repairs or safety issues
• Maintaining shop cleanliness
• Transporting customers and parts using company vehicle
• Operating vehicle safely and legally
• Conducting safety and emission inspections ethically
• Following safety procedures and reporting concerns

The technician must adhere to all company policies, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum age of 18
