Job summary

Main Street Auto in Ohio is seeking a General Tire and Lube Technician to join our shop floor. You will perform tire rotations, oil changes, and inspections, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive weekly pay range, benefits, PTO, and ongoing training to support your career growth. Typical hours are 7:00AM-6:00PM Monday–Thursday, with weekends closed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Emissions certification preferred.
• Previous tire and lube technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues or safety concerns.
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stability.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations, answering inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working in a shop environment.
