Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance on gasoline-related equipment; testing leak detectors and product lines.
2. Facilitating repairs by contacting service vendors for materials.
3. Ensuring a safe and clean work environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
4. Maintaining cash registers, money order machines, and safes through troubleshooting repairs and reprogramming.
5. Documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to maintain team continuity.
6. Installing, repairing, and servicing heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems to maintain a comfortable working climate.
7. Completing preventive maintenance schedules, restoring and repairing HVAC systems, and handling related repairs such as doors, plumbing, and tiles; painting and recommending new HVAC installations.
8. Maintaining gas pumps by changing nozzles, hoses, splashguards, and filters, and managing display boards.
9. Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment such as walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerators, and fountains to ensure operational efficiency.
10. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance.
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, use hand/electric carts, power and hand tools, and ladders; ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities independently.

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, handle or grasp items; occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, and lift items weighing 5-10 lbs.

Work Environment
