American Tire Depot is seeking a General Service Technician to perform tire mounting, balancing, oil changes, and basic repairs in a fast-paced shop. You will assist with inspections, document findings, and support battery tests, braking services, and alignments as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional automotive service experience (tires, oil, brakes, suspension, alignments).
• Hands-on ability with preventative maintenance and light mechanical work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Motivation to grow in a fast-paced shop and support peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and perform oil changes, replace filters.
• Conduct courtesy inspections and document findings.
• Test and install batteries; diagnose and perform brake jobs.
• Handle suspension repairs (struts, shocks, control arms).
• Perform alignments and steering system repairs.
• Replace under-hood components (water pumps, alternators, radiators).
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work as a team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
