Job summary

American Tire Depot is seeking a General Service Technician to join our Riverside shop team. You will mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires, perform oil changes, replace filters, and complete inspections while delivering fast, accurate service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional automotive service experience (tires, oil, brakes, suspension).
• Hands-on ability with preventative maintenance and light mechanical work.
• Valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
• Motivated to grow in a fast-paced shop.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability to support peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.

• Perform courtesy inspections and document findings.
• Test and install batteries; diagnose and perform brake jobs.
• Handle suspension repairs (struts, shocks, control arms).
• Perform alignments and steering system repairs.

• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work as a team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
