REPORTS TO: Service Manager

DEPARTMENT: Service

POSITION SUMMARY: The General Service Technician performs basic preventative functions such as oil changes and evaluating tire pressure. This position also makes recommendations to the Service Manager for any needed parts, tires, or services that customers may require.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service with a "We Can Do That" attitude.
• Changes oil, tires, and performs some light mechanical work as needed.
• Evaluates vehicle needs through the digital inspection process.
• Recommends tires and services to the Service Manager as needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Secondary Job Functions:

• Cross-trains in other areas as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certifications and/or a technical school degree are preferred but not required.

Compensation details: $19-$21 per hour
