Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician at our Overland Park location to service guest vehicles and uphold high standards of quality and customer care. You will be part of a structured training program leading to certification and career growth within the company.

You will join a team in a busy service center, promoting teamwork, clear communication, and safety while handling routine maintenance, inspections, and service tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to deliver high quality workmanship and guest experience.
• Participate in training to certify in offered services.
• Promote teamwork and ensure on-time, accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and document work on repair orders.
