Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an entry-level General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and deliver exceptional experiences. You will participate in a training program to certify you across our services, helping you grow within the team.

You will promote teamwork, communicate clearly with guests and teammates, and maintain a clean, safe shop while performing various mechanical tasks and inspections. This role offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to deliver top-quality work and guest care.
• Follow training program to achieve certification in services offered.
• Promote teamwork and ensure on-time, accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates; ensure correct tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels; install oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Document all work on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service center and adhere to safety protocols.
