Job Description: Compensation ranges from $16-19 per hour. This full-time or part-time hourly role involves performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional 5-star service through effective communication of vehicle issues and solutions, ensuring guest satisfaction and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing vehicle services and repairs efficiently and accurately.
2. Executing tire services such as wheel removal, balancing, patching, mounting, and TPMS repairs.
3. Conducting vehicle services like oil changes, lubrications, basic maintenance, and battery testing/installation.
4. Completing Monro’s Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle, identifying and communicating additional service needs.
5. Assisting in inventory management and store duties to maintain cleanliness and readiness.
6. Adhering to safety standards and operating equipment safely.
7. Test driving vehicles following safety policies.
8. Following company policies, safety, and environmental standards.
9. Maintaining technical knowledge through training courses.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training or experience.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Own basic tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program.
