Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a General Service Technician in Marysville, WA. You will start in an entry-level role servicing guests' vehicles, with a structured training program leading to certification.

This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for advancement and bonuses. You will work with a team to deliver timely, high-quality service, communicate clearly with guests, and maintain a clean, safe shop while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality guest care during all operating hours.
• Check oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels; assist with inspections.
• Document all work on repair orders and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center environment.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
