Team Car Care West, LLC (US) seeks a General Service Technician in Lynnwood, WA. You will service guest vehicles and participate in our training program to gain certification across offered services while building a solid automotive skill set and guest-focused mindset.

You will promote teamwork, maintain a clean service center, document work on repair orders, and follow safety rules. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing long hours, and flexibility for weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care.
• Provide guidance to junior/mid-level technicians and mentor teammates.
• Check oil level and tire pressure, inspect and refill fluids as needed.
• Document all work on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance of the service center.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and bending/squatting.
