Team Car Care is hiring a General Service Technician in Gainesville, FL. This entry-level role focuses on professionally servicing guest vehicles, providing clear communication, and building a foundation of automotive skills through our certification program.

You will support a fast-paced service center, work with a team, and gain hands-on experience in oil changes, fluid checks, and basic inspections while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional vehicle service to guests to ensure quality workmanship and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in training to achieve service certifications and advanced skills.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all hours.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues immediately.
