Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician in Orange Park, FL. The entry-level position focuses on servicing guests' vehicles, following a structured training program, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes oil changes, fluid checks, and basic inspections with safety as a priority. Qualified applicants should be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and prepared for a dynamic environment with weekends/holidays as needed.

• 3 months of customer-facing experience required (retail, hospitality, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Promote teamwork to ensure on-time, accurate guest care.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear vehicle updates.
• Keep the service area clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check oil level, tire pressure, and fluids; inspect and document work.
• Install oil drain plug and oil filter; lubricate fittings as needed.
• Document all work and report safety issues to management.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures; perform manual tasks as required.
