We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. Work Schedule

• 8AM-5PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs efficiently and accurately
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure vehicle performance
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns
• Perform wheel alignments and balance tires for optimal vehicle stability
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and time spent
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines in the shop environment

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Needs to be emissions certified
• Previous experience as a tire and lube technician or similar role preferred
• Proficient in tire installation, repair, and oil change procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
