What We Need From You:

• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
• Prior Automotive/Shop Experience.
• Basic Tool Set to perform oil services and remove wheels.
• Ability to use computerized equipment for inspection and word processing.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Positive Attitude.
• Detail Oriented.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Position Expectations:

• Properly perform needed maintenance on customer vehicles per Scott’s standard and vehicle specifications.
• Using provided equipment to inspect every vehicle that comes into the shop.
• Take pictures of the vehicles during the inspection process to effectively communicate vehicle condition to service advisor and customer.
• Uphold a professional appearance and reputation.
• Assist the technicians with keeping their work area clean and free of debris, spills, or other hazards.
• Assist the front end staff with taking care of clients and their vehicles.
• Effectively communicate with all team members in order to properly maintain and repair customer vehicles.
• Perform any additional tasks needed by the Store Director.
• Monitor and assist with the upkeep and maintenance of the shop, tools and equipment.
• Perform any other duties that will maintain and increase the productivity and efficiency of the shop.
