Job Description: The General Service Technician is a full-time or part-time hourly role responsible for basic vehicle repair and maintenance, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

1. Perform basic vehicle services and repairs efficiently per standards.
2. Conduct tire services including mounting, balancing, and repairs.
3. Perform vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, bulb replacements, and battery testing.
4. Complete Courtesy Inspections and communicate additional service needs.
5. Assist with inventory management and store duties to maintain cleanliness and readiness.
6. Follow safety standards and operate equipment safely.
7. Test drive vehicles following policies and safety laws.
8. Adhere to company policies, environmental, and safety standards.
9. Maintain technical knowledge through training.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Profile Summary: Initiative in problem-solving, strong customer service, and communication skills.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, automotive training or experience, valid driver’s license, and own basic tools or participate in the tool purchase program.
