General Service Lube and Tire Technician | Weekends Off | Spring

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an energetic and positive Automotive General Service Lube and Tire Technician to join our team. Located at 2655 Rayford Rd, Spring, TX 77386, we value solutions-oriented individuals who are passionate about doing what's right for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform lube and maintenance on all vehicles
• Mount and balance tires
• Conduct digital courtesy inspections
• Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections
• Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate
• Comply with regulations on hazardous waste disposal and OSHA standards
• Assist with housekeeping functions as directed
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding vehicle issues
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization

Qualifications:

• Honesty, integrity, and passion for your work
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic set of tools and small roll cart
• State Inspector Certification or ability to obtain within 45 days
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the automotive industry
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 50 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
• Work in tight spaces
• Dexterity for using hand tools
• Stand and walk for most of the day
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
