Position Details

Automotive Technician

Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience; $28 - $40 Flat Rate.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and identify required repairs.
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle.
• Assist in inventory management and general store duties.
• Perform services following safety standards and procedures.
• Test drive vehicles according to policy and traffic laws.
• Maintain technical knowledge through Monro University training.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

General Service Role

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, with additional incentives. Successfully complete Monro's training program.

Serve as the first point of contact for guests, engaging with them, scheduling appointments, and communicating services.

Manage work orders, assist with guest care, and ensure store organization and safety.
