Responsibilities:
Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience; $28 - $35 Flat Rate, based on experience
General Service - Front and Back Shop
Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour; eligible for additional incentives
Serve as the first contact for guests via phone and in-store, engaging guests, scheduling appointments, building trust, understanding needs, communicating processes and timelines, and presenting services following the Monro selling process. Responsible for organizing and managing service estimates and invoices. Assist management with guest care, work order completion, register duties, facility maintenance, and purchase orders. This position also handles opening and closing responsibilities, including cash and policy adherence. Work with management to address guest service issues and complaints. Effectively communicate all products and services offered. Follow all policies, safety standards, and legal requirements. Maintain an organized guest area and perform other duties as assigned.
