Job Overview

Monro, Inc., a leading automotive service and tire dealer in the United States, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Technicians and Service Specialists. With a history dating back to 1957 and nearly 1,300 locations across 32 states, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive maintenance and repairs in local communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify necessary repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle
• Assist with inventory management and store duties
• Follow safety standards and operate equipment properly
• Test drive vehicles adhering to policies and laws
• Maintain technical knowledge through training
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training or experience in basic maintenance and repair
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred
• Valid driver’s license and good Motor Vehicle Report
• Own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program

Compensation and Benefits

• Technicians: $27.00 - $37.00/hour, Flat Rate $45 - $55 based on experience
• Service roles: $18.00 - $20.00/hour, with incentives
