Job Description

Responsibilities:

Automotive Technician:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on all vehicles
• Assist with inventory and store duties
• Follow safety standards and procedures
• Test drive vehicles per policy and laws
• Maintain technical knowledge via Monro University training
• Operate equipment safely
• Other duties as assigned

General Service - Front and Back Shop:

• Complete Monro's training to execute guest care and selling processes
• Be the first contact for guests, schedule appointments, and communicate services
• Manage work orders, estimates, and invoices
• Assist with guest service, maintenance, and store operations under management guidance
• Handle cash, credit, and refunds following policies
• Communicate product and service offerings effectively
• Adhere to safety and environmental standards
• Maintain a neat guest area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training or experience
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR
• Own basic tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program
