General Service Automotive Technician – Fox River Grove, IL

Douglas Auto – Fox River Grove, a full-service auto repair shop proudly serving the local community, is looking for an experienced General Service Automotive Technician with a great attitude and a passion for quality work.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $18 – $22 per hour
• Overtime: Paid after 40 hours/week

Location & Hours

• Address: 416 Northwest Hwy, Fox River Grove, IL 60021
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekends Off!

• Perform basic automotive services: oil changes, tire mounting/balancing, tire repairs, and inspections
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Use digital vehicle inspection tools
• Work on a wide range of vehicles and repair types

• 1+ year of professional automotive general service experience
• Ability to perform basic services with confidence and accuracy
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Your own set of tools
• Experience with digital inspections is a plus
