Job description

We are a local auto repair shop with a national brand presence. We are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair, utilizing the expertise attained through ASE certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

We are looking for a General Service Technician who can work independently as well as collaboratively with peers. Our full-service facility seeks automotive technicians to help us create an environment of success. If you are currently attending automotive school, we will work around your schedule. As your skills and knowledge grow, so will your pay and responsibilities. We offer on-the-job training and a hiring bonus for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including engine oil changes and other fluid changes such as power steering, differential, coolant, transmission, and transfer case fluids.
• Conduct visual safety and courtesy inspections.
• Perform factory scheduled maintenance.
• Install new tires, including mounting, balancing, and rotating.
• Replace batteries and perform basic electrical checks.
• Change bulbs, belts, and hoses.
• Maintain and clean the shop area.
• Assist lead technician and learn repair procedures.

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour.
