General Sales Manager - Fowler - Kia Windsor

Fowler Automotive has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven, and experienced General Sales Manager responsible for achieving the dealership's sales objectives, goals, and overall customer satisfaction. The manager must effectively oversee sales personnel, possess strong knowledge of the local market, and understand the sales department's financial data.

Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 5 years of dealer management experience.
  • Passionate about customer retention and CSI in sales.
  • Determine monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profits.
  • Work with salespeople and managers to set and achieve specific goals.
  • Create a positive sales culture and promote a team environment focused on employee retention.
  • Conduct sales meetings.
  • Maintain balanced inventory in new and used vehicle sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Engage actively with the community.
Requirements

Valid driver's license and MVR acceptable to our insurance carrier.
