Job Description - GENERAL RADIOLOGY MANAGER (FT; 40hrs/wk) - Temple University Hospital (252801)

The General Radiology Manager oversees the 24/7 operations of the Diagnostic Imaging and Intra-Operative Monitoring (IOM) departments. Responsibilities include establishing protocol procedures with radiologists, managing departmental budgets, supporting department growth and marketing, and maintaining relationships with referring physicians. The manager assists in resident education, coordinates scheduling, and ensures examination quality. Collaboration with Orthopedics management on radiologic services, staffing, and equipment at satellite locations is essential. Supervises staff, manages schedules, attendance, payroll, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards, including state and Joint Commission requirements.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program (Required)
  • 1 Year supervisory experience (Required)
  • 5 Years radiology experience (Required)
  • Experience with special procedures (CT, MRI, Ultrasound) (Preferred)
Licenses/Certifications
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Required)
  • RT(R) - Registered Technologist (Required)
