Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35,880.00 - $35,984.00 / yr.

This is a United States Steelworkers union position. There is a 90-day contract to hire before going into the union, and ABC includes our CTH period as the union's probationary period, which is beneficial. Our candidate can access USW union benefits, including a 6% 401k match after a year, and prorated vacation, sick, and personal days once direct.
