**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

• Continuously drive the facility's culture toward a safety-conscious environment. Challenge safety behaviors, engage in safety initiatives, and attend all safety-related training.
• Ensure work products meet or exceed standards set by Quality Assurance and Compliance.
• Initiate and promote continuous improvement within the department and across the facility to ensure sustainability.
• Support a team environment within the department and across the facility.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety policies, and other company policies.
• Ensure proper specifications on products.
• Track downtime of equipment downstream of the filler and other machinery.
• Perform weight and code checks at specified intervals.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and the floor, and complete sanitation schedules daily.
• Communicate relevant information to the incoming shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
