Job description

**Hiring for Production Operators in the Carlisle area!**

**Job Title: Production Operator**

**Location: Carlisle, PA**

**Pay: $23.46/hour**

**Job Duties:**

+ Operate machines that manufacture glass, ensuring proper machine locking, printing tags, and paying close attention to detail.

+ Operate the continuous ribbon, automatic packing equipment, stacking, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and hand tools.

+ Assist other departments or plant personnel during emergencies.

**Schedule:**

+ 12-hour rotating shifts, 7:15 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:15 PM - 7:30 AM.

+ Yearly schedule provided in advance.

**Work Environment:**

+ Some areas may be dirtier or dustier due to glass flakes; the pace is moderate.

**Note:**

+ Candidates who can start immediately preferred.

+ Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience is preferred.

+ Candidates with strong work tenure preferred.
