About The Role

1. Assist Production Operators in inspecting and packaging finished products according to quality specifications.
2. Lift, position, and remove finished products from machine conveyors.
3. Prepare boxes and labels for packaging.
4. Inspect products for quality defects visually.
5. Organize products before shipping.
6. Package finished products following SOPs.
7. Enter production data into Plexus.
8. Work at different workstations as needed.
9. Review reworked products for quality.
10. Perform secondary operations as required.
11. Clean products to remove burrs, slivers, or sharp edges.
12. Use Plexus to print labels.
13. Maintain a clean work area and notify supervisors of safety or quality issues.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic computer skills; ability to use weighing scales.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to understand and carry out instructions in written or oral form.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including mandatory overtime.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform visual tasks.
