As a member of Johnsonville’s meat cutter production team, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your existing knowledge in the sausage making business. In addition, you’ll learn how we support our medical community to help save lives. There is unlimited opportunity for growth as you become an active contributor and assist your team in the quest for continual improvement.

As a member of Johnsonville’s meat cutter production team, you’ll partake in learning several front-of-the-line processes. Members in these roles participate in harvesting sows, meat cutting/deboning, and packaging. You’ll play an important role ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets our high-quality standards.
