Position: General Production / Machine Operator

Pay Range: $23.77/hr - $24.26/hr + $0.60/hr after training + $1.50 Shift Premium

Hours: 2:30pm - 11:00pm; Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands)

Responsibilities:

1. Manufacture "great tasting" sausage products enjoyed worldwide.
2. Collaborate with a team to achieve safety, member development, OPE, and efficiency goals.
3. Operate state-of-the-art technology.
4. Participate actively in daily TAILGATE meetings and project teams to make Johnsonville the Best Company in the World.
5. Enhance your skills and career growth.

Skills and Competencies:

7. Learn to operate various equipment as backup.

11. Work across different production lines/rooms as needed.
12. Willingness to learn sanitation responsibilities.
13. Support machine operation as backup to primary roles.
14. Use and troubleshoot SAP functions on scanners and computers.
