Johnsonville, LLC General Production / Machine Operator Pay Range: $23.77/hr - $24.26/hr + $.60/hr after training Hours: 5:30am - 2:30pm, Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands) Responsibilities:

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to learn and grow to become skilled to operate different pieces of equipment on a daily and/or weekly basis in a back-up capacity
• Ability to document job responsibilities and be part of writing and maintaining DPS programs for new equipment
• Excellent attendance and performance record
• Necessity and ability to learn and share learning with others
• Ability to work in other production line/rooms within the facility when this specific line is not running production is required.
• Willing to learn Sanitation responsibilities
• Ability to work in a machine operator back-up role in addition to the primary role of Trayer/Packer
• Ability to use and troubleshoot basic SAP functions on a hand-held scanner and on the computer

Other:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check
