Responsibilities

• Notify dump operator, Machine Operator, or QA if:
• Any problem with mix
• Product flow issues
• Remove any foreign material or defective product

Position Duties

Shaker Table Attendant

• Inspect product on shaker table
• Add product to the table if necessary
• Notify dump operator, Machine Operator, or QA if issues arise

Stacker

• Stack boxes (8 lbs to 55 lbs)
• Move pallets (empty 60 lbs)
• Check case codes
• Stretch wrap pallets
• Place slip sheets
• Shut down line if necessary

Minimum Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Approximately 6 hours of standing, 2 hours walking, and 2 hours sitting per shift
• Lifting up to 60 lbs, with an average of 30 lbs, at a rate of 400 times/hour
• Twisting, pushing, pulling, and fine hand/wrist movements
• Squatting for about 1 hour per shift
• Minimal climbing, walking about 2 miles per shift
• Good vision (20/40 or better), normal color vision, and hearing better than 40 Db in at least one ear

Food Safety Duties

• Use proper PPE
• Ensure products are free from foreign objects/materials
• Maintain area cleanliness
• Verify product codes and package seals
