Job summary

Infinity Staffing Professionals is assisting a leading automotive supplier in Muskegon, MI to hire a General Production - Foundry associate. This role focuses on safe, efficient daily production of cast camshafts, supporting the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

You will operate flame hardeners, ladles, grinders, and trim presses, perform inspections, move materials around the plant, and help package finished products for shipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail in repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate flame hardeners, ladles, grinders, trim presses and other equipment safely.
• Perform multiple types of inspections and hand operations.
• Move materials, parts and products within the facility as needed.
• Package finished products for shipping and maintain clean work areas.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and quality standards.

General Production - Foundry (Muskegon, MI) Pay: $24-$26/hour Our client is one of North America's leading automotive suppliers, producing cast camshafts for a diverse base of major OEM customers. They are seeking energetic, dedicated individuals to join their Muskegon team as Production Associates.This is a key role responsible for the safe, efficient daily production of cast camshafts, helping the company meet and exceed customer expectations. What You'll Do- Practices and promotes safe working habits in compliance with all MIOSHA and company safety standards

• Effectively and safely operates flame hardeners, ladles, grinders, straighteners, trim presses, and other manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Performs hand operations including several types of inspection
• Uses various equipment to move materials, parts, and products within the facility
• Packages finished products for shipping
• Maintains work areas in a clean and orderly manner
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as directed by the production schedule, which may be unpredictable and on short notice
• Must have good attention to detail, even when doing repetitive work
