Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is seeking dependable General Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Kernersville, NC. You will support production operations by inspecting products, performing quality checks, packaging materials, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Reliability, attendance, and the ability to work overtime are essential for success in this position. Shifts available: 1st and 2nd, with pay at $17.00 per hour and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating high-speed equipment preferred.
• Good counting skills and ability to read instructions and labels.
• Ability to read tape measures, calipers and other measuring tools.
• Overtime opportunities and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and perform quality checks.
• Package materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Report quality issues or equipment defects promptly.
• Review palletizing specifications and apply labels accurately.
• Obtain corrugated supplies and ensure correct quantities.
