This key role involves ensuring the efficient and safe daily production of cast camshafts to meet or exceed customer expectations.

What to Expect:

• Practice and promote safe working habits in compliance with MIOSHA, Kautex, and CWC Textron safety standards
• Operate flame hardeners, ladles, grinders, straighteners, trim presses, and other manufacturing machinery safely and effectively
• Perform hand operations, including various types of inspection
• Use equipment to move materials, parts, and products within the facility
• Package finished products for shipping
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as scheduled
• Maintain attention to detail, even during repetitive tasks
• Be team-oriented, multitask effectively, and demonstrate technical aptitude
• Comply with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards
