Job summary

JBS USA Inc. in Pipestone, MN is hiring for a General Production Laborer. Two shift openings are available: days and nights with starting pay of $20.50/hr or $22.50/hr and strong earning potential.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with Saturdays as needed. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting 10-50 lbs, and working in damp or cold environments. Benefits include medical, dental, vision after 60 days, PTO, and a 401(k).

GENERAL PRODUCTION LABORER

Shifts Available

2 - 2nd Shift Openings

Days - $20.50/hr (starting) $42,640.00+ yrly earning potential

Nights - $22.50/hr (starting) $46,800.00+ yrly earning potential

• Both Shifts run Monday to Friday and Saturdays as needed

Work in damp or cold conditions (35-45 Degrees)

Work in areas that require you to lift, pull, or push 10-50 lbs

Willing and capable of working overtime when necessary

Willing and capable of working on Saturdays

Willing and capable of working in a fast pace work environment, performing repetitive hand motions and body movements.

Job can be physically demanding. May take 5 to 6 weeks for the body to fully adjust to the working conditions/work environment.

NEUTRAL WRIST- Repetitive hand motions and grasping.

REACHING – Reaching for product on the conveyor belt with hooks, reaching for boxes, or bags

STANDING – Constant standing for 8 to 10 hours per day, up to 6 days a week

All other duties/jobs as assigned by Lead, Supervisor, Superintendent and or Superior.

Basic Preferences /Qualifications

Previous work (4+ months) in meat industry, work environment and or similar labor is preferred.

Must be at least 18yrs of age

Authorized to work in the United States
