Job summary

Amrize is seeking a General Production to operate multiple lines safely, run equipment, complete required production paperwork, and keep the work area clean in Constantine, MI. The pay rate is $26.19 per hour with a variable rotating shift.

You will follow lock out tag out procedures, wear PPE, and perform equipment setup and preventive maintenance. Candidates must have basic math and measuring-tool skills, be 18+, and commit to overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate and read basic measuring tools (Tape measure, Digital scale).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Must be 18+.
• Factory experience preferred.
• Machine operator experience preferred.

About The Role

As an General Production employee you will primarily be an equipment operator, responsible for running multiple pieces of equipment on multiple lines in a safe and efficient manner. You will complete required production paperwork and turn it in to department leads on time. You will also maintain a clean work environment and perform PM on your pieces of equipment. The pay rate is $26.19 per hour and the shift is a variable rotating schedule.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
