Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Procurement Manager for Construction category in San Jose. This role leads end-to-end procurement for general services, manages vendor onboarding, and negotiates contracts to meet legal and business requirements.

The candidate will work closely with Facilities, Security, Real Estate, and other stakeholders to develop category strategies, optimize costs, and ensure high-quality supplier performance across regions. A strong track record in indirect procurement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement within indirect categories.
• Ability to develop category intelligence, analyze supply markets, and create data-driven procurement strategies.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable procurement plans.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business by managing the strategic design and execution of end-to-end processes for acquiring goods and services sustainably and in compliance with business standards. We oversee sourcing and onboarding vendors, optimizing key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic outlook on procurement activities, and ensuring all contracts meet legal, project, and business requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement within indirect categories.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115200 - $180000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
