Job summary

Omnes Healthcare, part of the Evergreen Group, is seeking a General Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care across multiple sites. You will manage acute and chronic conditions, conduct in-person and remote consultations, and ensure safe prescribing in line with guidelines.

The role emphasizes clinical governance, patient safety, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, with a commitment to CPD and professional development.

Qualifications

Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
CCT in General Practice (or equivalent) within 6 months.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
